The Sunday was HOT. About 45 degrees in Melbourne.
We cooled off at Lagoon Bay before playing the final session on the verandah of The Pier Hotel.
Chips played and drank beer non-stop for about 13 hours. Now that’s old-school dedication for ya. I only managed about 8 hours - I took R&R breaks to last the distance.
A memorable session to wind up the 2006 festival.
